It has not been tested in various different environments, or with different use cases or cloth types. Stuff like collision is often unpredictable. There's a file on the GitHub that lists known issues as well. If you have some basic idea about physics simulation, or you're willing to learn, I'm sure you could adapt it to fix the issues you come across, but I cannot offer a complete package and guarantee it will work for a general case.
